By booking our services, you agree to abide by our terms and conditions.
This document outlines the rights and obligations of both the client and our company.

2. Tour Services
All tours start in Bali, and we are happy to customize them according to your needs.
Tours are conducted in private, air-conditioned vehicles with a driver who also serves as a guide.
Transparent pricing: All tour prices are displayed on our website.
Tips for drivers are appreciated during multi-day tours as a token of gratitude for their service and effort.
Driver accommodation costs during tours are included in the price.

3. Additional Services
The following additional services are available for an extra fee:
Drone operation with a skilled operator,
Professional photography,
VIP Fast Track Lane Service at the airport.
Please inform us in advance if you wish to include these services in your tour.

4. Booking Process

Advance booking is recommended, especially during peak travel seasons.

5. Payment Policy
Payment Methods: Cash, PayPal, or bank transfer.
Cash on Arrival: Payment in IDR is recommended (as per Bank Indonesia regulations).
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable at the start of the tour.
Refunds:
Full refund for cancellations made 48+ hours in advance.
50% refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior.
No refund for no-shows.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation Period: Bookings can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the service for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.
Cancellation Process: To cancel a booking, please contact us via email or phone with your booking details and the reason for cancellation.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation. Please note that the refund amount may be subject to currency conversion and transaction fees (minus payment processing fees).

Rescheduling:
If you reschedule the tour 48 hours before the departure date, there is no cancellation fee.

If you reschedule within 47 hours or up to 24 hours, you will be charged 25% of the price. Rescheduling is at the discretion of our team and is subject to availability.

If you cancel for less than 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the price.

Note:
Our tour groups are small to ensure a personal experience. Cancellations close to the tour date (less than 2 days) make it hard for us to fill the spot, so we appreciate your understanding.

7. Insurance and Liability
Customers must have travel insurance covering:
Medical expenses,
Lost baggage,
Personal accidents and liability.
The company is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses during tours.
